I’m New!

We know that it can be intimidating coming to a new church or stepping into church for the first time. Building relationships takes time. To help you get comfortable, we have found the following steps helpful in becoming part of our CCC Family:

1. INTRODUCE YOURSELF

Our Sunday morning worship service is at 10:00am and our Pastoral Team would love to meet you! We invite you to fill in the Getting Connected form below and one of our pastors will reach out to you by text, email or phone (your choice) to see how we might be able to connect with you.

2. JOIN OUR MEMBERSHIP CLASS

“YOU’RE INVITED!” At least once a year, we host a 4-week class for our newcomers. It is a casual gathering of new friends, usually over coffee and snacks, where you will have the opportunity to hear one another’s stories, learn about who we are and how we live our values, hear about God’s story of redeeming love and discover NEXT STEPS for connecting at CCC.

3. JOIN A LIFE GROUP

We think that one of the best ways to be part of a community, find friendship, and grow in your relationship with God is through being a part of a Life Group. We have several groups that meet at various times throughout the week and are strengthened in their faith as friends who ‘do life together’. For more information about our Life Groups or how to get started, contact our office or check out the Life Group Page for more details.

4. TAKE A “CORNERSTONES” CLASS

Our CCC Family is a wonderful mix of folks from various faith backgrounds, and various levels of biblical instruction. “Cornerstones” is a 6-week course that takes about 1 1⁄2 hours each week and is a conversational approach to learning the fundamentals of the Christian faith. Every participant receives their own New Testament Bible with topical references, devotional helps and more. A great way to make new friends and grow in your relationship with Christ! For more info or to learn about an upcoming class, please call or email our office.

5. SERVE IN A MINSTRY

We encourage everyone to serve on a ministry team, using your gifts and passions to make a difference in the lives of others. You do not need to be a ‘member’ to be part of a team. If you are curious about ways to use your gifts and talents, we invite you to contact our office and one of our pastors will let you know about current opportunities and help you get started.
